Habit of Health challenge - week 2

In the first week of the challenge, we asked our athletes to track their sleep and water with the idea of getting them in the habit of tracking. The whole point of the challenge was to guide our athletes to make small, manageable changes that would form lifelong habits. So in week two we very simply asked our athletes: what did you eat? Not how many calories you eat or tracking any of the particulars like proteins, carbs, or fats just purely what did you eat? Again we wanted to stay simple in the beginning and this week the goal was to start helping our athletes be mindful about what they ate.

So for me today I drank 64 ounces of water and slept 8 hours. What I ate is in the image below and I went to CrossFit and I got a short run in afterward for my moving today.
